What we collect
- Phone calls: when you call a number on this site, our call-routing partner receives your phone number, the time and length of the call, and may record the call for quality and billing. The plumbing company you're connected with receives your call and whatever you tell them.
- Website analytics: we use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) that record pages viewed, clicks on call buttons, device type and approximate location. We don't use these tools to identify you personally.
- Email: if you email us, we keep your message to reply and fix any issue you report.
How we use it
To route calls, measure which pages help people, improve the guides, and answer your messages. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing texts or calls.
Cookies
Analytics tools set cookies or similar identifiers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
Third parties
Our call-routing partner and the plumbing companies you speak with have their own privacy practices. Analytics providers process data under their own policies.
