Which Greenville County towns have the oldest homes?
The age of a house is the best single predictor of what goes wrong with its plumbing. Here's how the towns compare, from Census data. Older stock means more galvanized supply, cast-iron drains and clay sewer laterals. Newer stock means PEX and PVC, and a wave of builder water heaters wearing out.
